Agora is a structured decision-making tool that helps users analyze complex choices by weighing the pros and cons of any given topic. It transforms a simple list into a visual, data-driven framework for clarity. How it works step-by-step: Define the Topic: The user starts by entering the decision or question they are considering into the main topic field (e.g., "Should we migrate to a new cloud provider?"). List Arguments: The user adds individual arguments to the "Pros" and "Cons" columns. Each argument is a separate, editable card. Assign Weight: For each argument, the user assigns a "weight" on a scale of 1 to 5 using a simple slider. This allows them to specify the importance of each point (e.g., a major security benefit might have a weight of 5, while a minor inconvenience has a weight of 1). Visualize the Balance: The application automatically calculates the total weighted score for both the "Pros" and "Cons" columns. The result is instantly displayed in a "Decision Balance" bar chart at the top, which updates in real-time as arguments are added, removed, or have their weights changed. Save and Export: The entire decision matrix, including the topic and all arguments with their weights, can be saved to the browser's localStorage for future reference.
