Codex
Codex is an interactive educational platform designed to help users learn, write, and visualize classic algorithms. It combines a problem description, a live code editor, and a graphical visualizer into a single, cohesive learning environment. How it works step-by-step: Select a Problem: The user chooses an algorithm (e.g., Bubble Sort) from a list in the sidebar. Understand the Task: In the "Problem" tab, the application displays a detailed description of the selected algorithm, its principles, and the specific task to be completed. Write the Code: The user navigates to the "Code" tab, where a starter template for the algorithm's function is provided. They can then write or modify the JavaScript code to implement the logic. All code is automatically saved to the browser's localStorage for that specific problem. Visualize the Execution: By clicking "Visualize," the application executes the user's code. It then switches to the "Visualize" tab, where an animated bar chart shows the algorithm in action. Colors are used to highlight elements as they are compared or swapped, providing a clear, step-by-step visual representation of the code's logic. Error Handling: If there's a syntax or runtime error in the user's code, a helpful modal appears displaying the error message, preventing the application from crashing and aiding in debugging. Customize and Export: The user can personaliz
