Comms Planner

Comms Planneris a focused communication planning workspace where you organize every important conversation or presentation into clear, reusable plans. On the left you maintain a library of plans with search and sorting, so you can quickly find past meetings, pitches, or talks and reuse their structure. Each plan is stored locally in your browser, versioned, and loaded instantly without any account or server – everything runs 100% offline in a single HTML file. Every plan is built through three guided tabs. In Strategy, you define the title, core objective, and audience: what you want to achieve, who will listen, and what matters to them. In Content, you break your message into key talking points and anticipated questions, using structured text areas that auto-resize and stay synced with the sidebar list. In Rehearse, you work with an integrated presentation timer: you set the duration in minutes, start/pause/reset safely, and watch a progress bar change color (green → yellow → red) as you approach the end, so you can rehearse your timing without ever seeing errors or broken states. Below the timer, you keep a feedback log after each run (what worked, what didn’t), building a personal history of improvements per plan.
