Edge is a sophisticated journal and calculator designed for bettors who practice value betting. It helps users identify profitable betting opportunities and manage a virtual bankroll using the mathematically optimal Kelly Criterion staking plan. The entire application is self-contained and saves all data locally in your browser, requiring no internet connection after the initial load. How it works step-by-step: Set Your Bankroll: Begin by defining your starting virtual bankroll. This amount is the basis for all stake calculations. Calculate Bet Value: In the "Add Bet" tab, enter the event details, the bookmaker's decimal odds, and your personal, well-researched estimate of the true probability for that outcome. Get Suggested Stake: Select a Kelly Criterion fraction (Full, Half, or Quarter) to control risk. The app instantly calculates the Expected Value (EV). If the value is positive, it's considered a "value bet," and the tool recommends the optimal stake size as a percentage of your current bankroll. Log the Bet: If you decide to track the bet, click "Log this Bet." The wager is recorded and your virtual bankroll is not yet debited. The bet is added to your history with a "pending" status. Track & Settle Bets: Navigate to the "History & Stats" tab. Here you'll find a complete list of all your logged bets. Once an event is finished, you can settle the bet by marking it as "Won
