Floor Plan Area Calculator is a simple yet powerful tool for homeowners, contractors, and real estate agents to quickly calculate the total area of a property, room by room. How it works, step-by-step: Select Room Shape: Choose the shape of the room you want to add from the "Room Shape" dropdown, either "Rectangle" or "Circle". Enter Dimensions: The input fields will update based on your selection. For a Rectangle, enter the Width and Length of the room. For a Circle, enter the Radius. Add Room to List: Click the "Add Room" button. The application will calculate the area for that room and add it to a list, showing its dimensions and calculated area. View Total Area: As you add rooms, the "Total Area" at the bottom of the list updates automatically in real-time. Manage Your List: If you make a mistake, simply click the "Remove" button next to any room in the list to delete it and update the total calculation.
