SnippetVault is an intelligent, offline-first code snippet manager for developers. It provides a clean, fast, and organized environment to store, find, and manage frequently used pieces of code, complete with smart features to streamline the documentation process. How it works step-by-step: Create & Edit: The user can create a new snippet with a single click. The main view provides a full-featured editor where they can input a Title, the Code, assign a Language, and add comma-separated Tags for organization. Smart Assistance: The application provides intelligent assistance as the user writes code: Auto-Language Detection: If the language is set to "Plain Text," the app analyzes the code and automatically suggests the correct language (e.g., JavaScript, Python) based on keywords. Tag Suggestions: The app scans the code for common patterns (like fetch, async, class) and suggests relevant tags (like api, async, oop) to improve organization. Organize and Search: All snippets are listed in the sidebar, sorted by the most recently modified. A powerful search bar allows the user to instantly filter snippets by their title or by tags (using #tagname). Persistent Storage: All snippets are saved securely in the browser's localStorage, making the application fully offline-capable. The user's work is always preserved between sessions.
